I just found out the Scotch 'n Sirloin at the Ventura Harbor is closing. Kinda sad... a lot of memories over the years connected with it. (But), it was never about the food, it wasn't that memorable.
It was the kick-ass setting.
Hopefully it'll reopen with a top-notch chef and updated menu. And a decent wine list. The last time I ordered wine by the glass I sent it back... they'd merely stick the cork back in the bottle to store it. Yuck.
